1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tya777 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You have read and agree to the tya777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.

tya777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the tya777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. tya777 strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

tya777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) tya777 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Philippine mobile number, which will be used for OTP verification and account recovery.
• A valid email address.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing.

tya777 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. tya777 may also require additional KYC documentation before activating an Account or processing any withdrawal request. Accepted KYC documents include government-issued Philippine identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID).

You agree to keep your registration information current and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tya777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your tya777 Account as an additional security measure.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tya777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

tya777 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. tya777 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: tya777 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods only: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your tya777 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

tya777 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine payment regulations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Only Real Money Funds (not Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• tya777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• tya777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

tya777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tya777 accepts no responsibility.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

tya777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

• Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts suspended.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tya777 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Live casino games are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice). Outcomes are determined in real time and are final once the round is closed.
• Slot games and electronic table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles in the tya777 game library.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, tya777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's Account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the tya777 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tya777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tya777 Platform — including but not limited to the tya777 brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tya777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tya777 content without prior written consent.
• Use the tya777 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any tya777 content.
• Use any tya777 content for commercial purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tya777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in gambling activities on the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond tya777's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or promotional materials resulting from technical errors.

tya777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tya777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, tya777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any Real Money Funds held in the Account, subject to applicable law. Where closure is initiated by tya777 for reasons other than player breach, any verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your tya777 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tya777 Platform, you agree to first contact tya777 support to seek an informal resolution. tya777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
